I have more case file documents to upload on Public Document Distributors, but right now the server seems to be regurgitating them. 3 cases will be added soon though.
Also, that Unlawful Detainer in Sandison's names was filed on the 2nd of July, and is likely still in play. If it was filed on the 2nd, then they have to serve them, then they have 5 days to oppose or not, and if they oppose, the court is supposed to set a trail within three weeks. But that I can tell, the court is not sticking to that timetable. Probably budgetary related

Is there a way to see how many if any properties were put into the owners or companies they run names? I tried the Sac county records web site but turned up nothing. If they are still doing the "equityflips" among others. Wouldn't that be interesting. Maybe we could do some cross referencing and if it looks they have had a hand in the foreclosure/purchase, we call the previous owners and ask if they were involved with USLA.

It can be easy or hard to find this out. The recorder records the names on the deeds/documents. If any one of the owners of USLA recorded a doc/deed in their own name, it would be found. but they can start a new corp/company and use that as a shell to buy and sell. You'd have to be somewhat close to the situation to know what names they were using.
You can run each name through the recorders office and confine your search to the last 2 or three years, but keep in mind there are properties all over, in several counties. It might seem impossible at first, but I do it all the time, and it does turn up some inconvenient facts for the subjects sometimes.
I believe it was Pulvino, for example, that had a tax lien from the state. He just paid it off recently. Wonder where that money came from?

Soundss like a good Idea.. You will need a way to track the areas for the Posts on CL so that multiple people are not posting in the same area's...
Make a list of the area's and have peeps sign up to post in a certain area's to ensure you get good coverage...
You should Include Reno and Los Vegas and some area's of AZ as they do business there as well.

I want to have an outreach effort to see if others are affected by US Loan Auditors. I'm going to draft an ad, and place it on Craigslist to see if others need some help. I'll draw up an ad, and I'd appreciate anyone's help in placing ads in the craigslist venues withing their area.
