  • At Last!! Arnold's last hurrah in Calif.

In 70 days Arnold will finally leave the stage of California public policy and destruction of our economy.

He is leaving beyond a record of deficits that prove to me only a politician on steroids could be this bad.

"Schwarzenegger is traveling both coasts to drum up support for the climate policies he signed in 2006, raising money from wealthy venture capitalists and former Hollywood colleagues. He's writing letters to business officials who are flirting with taking the opposite side.

And he's lending his star power against the Proposition 23 ballot initiative sponsored by Tesoro and Valero that would kill the law, AB 32, unless the state showed an unprecedented economic turnaround.

"Does anyone really believe that these companies, out of their black-oil hearts are really spending millions and millions of dollars to protect jobs?" Schwarzenegger said last month during a speech to the Commonwealth Club in Santa Clara. "This is like Eva Braun writing a Kosher cookbook. It's not about jobs at all. It's about their ability to pollute and thus protect their profits."

He has decided what his legacy should be: A Great Depression for a generation.

By working so hard to kill Prop. 23, Arnold is trying to assure that California businesses leave the State or stop expanding. Jobs will be killed and Arnold should be proud of himself.

    What a legacy!
