  • Pace of small business sales slows in California

Out of control spending, the pension crisis, the housing crisis, the unions, the illegal aliens, AB 32, the massive deficits, all are part of the reason California is in a Great Depression.

"There were 888 small businesses sold in California last month, a decline from the 951 transactions recorded in September 2009, and from the 1,047 deals completed in August, according to a report Tuesday from BizBen.com, a Dublin company that tracks small business sales in California.

"We talked to a number of buyers and also sellers who were holding off making decisions, hoping the federal government would reinstate the policies that have boosted lending for small business transactions," says Peter Siegel, founder and CEO of BizBen.com."

Would you buy a business in the face of the massive tax increase coming on January 1,2010. Would buy a business knowing you have to face and pay for ObamaCare?

That is why we are in a Depression--and can not get out of it till Obama and the Democrats are out of Washington, and our California leaders, like Arnold, are retired.
