San Fran School Beat: Immersion Programs and Student Assignment

No student in a government school should be segregated. Agree?

All students must be fluent in English. Agree?

In California it is State law to have foreign language speakers be immersed in the English language.

Then why the discussion and hand wringing in San Francisco. This is an article showing the discussion, the process the meetings, etc.

Lots of money spent, when there is no decision to make.

Teach all the students English, stop wasting money on experts, and start teaching.
