  • Assemblyman Logue: PROP. 23 PROTECTS JOBS, SAVE BILLIONS OF $$$

Many in Sacramento talk about issues, some run from them, and fewer actually take leadership.

We all know that AB 32 by Nunez and Arnold is a job killer--could kill up to 1,000,000 California jobs. It is revenue killer businesses can not afford the inappropriate and non scientific based regulations and their costs.

Assemblyman Dan Logue decided to save jobs, revenues and the California economy, whether Arnold and the Democrats wanted to or not. He then authored Prop. 23, instead of just giving another speech to a Chamber of Commerce.

The answer from Arnold and friends, based on smears, lies and shredded data, plus suffering for the deadly disease AGS (Al Gore Syndrome), was to raise the cost of products and services, outlaw some products and services and dramatically raise the cost of food, housing transportation and demand we live in high rises, like people in New York and Chicago, and we only use government transportation to get to work and play. That is the result of AB 32.

Of course, that means most productive people, folks with families and those who know what it is like to live in crowded conditions 24/7, will move to other States--further harming the California economy.

I urge you to read this article by Assemblyman Logue and pass it on to your e-mail list. If you like living and working in California Vote YES or Prop. 23--or get a reservation from U-Haul.
