According to Fox Business Station, Stuart Varney, the City of Los Angeles is now just 22 days till it is forced to file for bankruptcy.
Just 22 days!
The openly corrupt Democrats running Los Angeles (they are owned by unions) refuse to act fiscally responsible. The city is $222 million in deficit and threw a party when they found out they had an extra $26 million--barely 10% of the deficit--and stopped efforts to furlough more workers.
"But with city leaders avoiding the tough decisions to mend L.A.'s financial health - opting instead for easy fixes that allow the city to limp along for another month or two - some are saying bankruptcy is just the ticket.
For one thing, it could lead to speedier reform of the pension system, which many economists and politicians say is necessary if the city is to prosper long term."
Thanks to Phony Tony, LA will run a one billion per year deficit in three years!
LA needs a bankruptcy and a law banning Democrats from holding office. Maybe Tony is auditioning for a run for President--trying to match Obama in the deficit business.
