Phony Tony Decides to Allow Los Angeles Government to Collapse

The city of Los Angeles has a deficit, now, of $222 million. It just "found" $30 million--so he will not close down government when it runs out of cash.

This is a good thing. Maybe a few large cities closed due to lack of money will get the public to understand government is incompetent?

Instead of taking action, he is reviewing photos of female journalists. Seems he prefers to date them. Who needs a Mayor anyway? With Phony Tony as an example, who wants one?
