Governor vetoes $4-billion package of budget cuts

Arnold says NO to phony budget cuts. We have a $36billion deficit and the Democrats only want to end $4 billion worth.

The fun part is that they did not cut the budget for this year--they cut the budget for NEXT year--which does not exist.

So, they cut something that does not even exist--a real magic trick.
