  • Report: Budget Cuts Lead To Crowded Classes

The purpose of government education is to educate the public. The unions LOVE small class size, that means more people paying bribes to work in the classroom. How much have the unions cost us?

"Over the past 13 years, California's class-size reduction program has cost the state about $22 billion and accounts for about $1.8 billion in the current state budget."

And, how well has this extra $22 billion worked?

"Dominic Brewer, a University of Southern California professor, said there is no compelling research showing class-size reduction results in improved academic performance in California.

"A class of 20 may be terrible for an ineffective teacher," Brewer told California Watch. "And a great teacher can do great things with 30."

The California Teachers Association has been a big supporter of the program and denies that is because fewer students makes a teacher's job easier."

As you can tell, lower class size is about a larger forced membership, not about education.

We deserve what we get--we voted for the people in Sacramento that gave this corruption to government education.

Next November is the best time to take back government education from the special interests.

DEPORTING the ILLEGALS would certainly FREE UP some classroom seats for deserving CITIZENS and LEGAL residents!
