The crooks in Chicago have a major deficit. The crooks in LA and San Fran are running deficits of about half a billion dollars each.
In Chicago, they do not have Prop. 13--so they are able to tax seniors and those on a fixed income out of their homes. "Results will clearly vary from house to house, shop to shop and factory to factory, but the total property tax burden for Chicago taxpayers will rise more than 6 percent over last year, the clerks office said."
