City of Los Angeles: Only ONE Rooster Per Household

Oh, my, the City of Los Angeles, with a half billion dollar deficit, is worried about roosters in your home.

At a time when 38% of the 40,000 criminals about to be released from our prisons are going back on the LA streets, the LA government is worried about how many roosters you have.

When the LA schools have up to a 60% drop out rate, government officials are going after the rooster population.

Now you know why LA IS a Third World city.

Right. We should drop all efforts to allow citizens to control their local government because they have been unable to do so at higher levels. For those who believe keeping a rooster in an apartment complex is a human right, please visit your nearest admitted third world country and see how it ended up there.

      (sarcasm)

Convince PETA that owning roosters is cruel, just like PETA believes that owning parrots is an exercise in sadism.

      Let the cleanup begin.

      "Fly free, my little friends!"

I've never heard of a parrot having razor spurs strapped on its feet and being used in an avian fight to the death.
