This is as nutty as it gets.
A professor suggests he might want to shoot his students--then when punished sues for "discrimination". He says it is a "joke". If a student makes a similar "joke", they are expelled--immediately.
He needs to be fired and his attorney needs to be disbarred for filing a frivolous lawsuit.
This is why the court system is no longer trusted--the first judge to see this suit should have thrown it out and charged the attorney court costs and a fine.
