We elected these people to take care of the budget. Now, it is possible that before the end of THIS month, the legislature might have to go back into budgetary session. Certainly, we can not last to Halloween (Al Gore's favorite Holiday).
We are only in a breather at this time. IOU's are still going out. The deficit is growing.
