Parents Voting With Feet: Children Going to Charter Schools

Everywhere in California parents are voting with their feet--charter schools, private schools, home schooling. If it were not for illegal aliens our government schools would have massive enrollment drops.

In 2000 LAUSD had 745,000 students--today it has 630,000, including illegal aliens.

If the families would stop voting for union candidates for school board, maybe this would not happen. Until then, it is the unions, not the parents, who own the classroom.

you sure like to keep poking at the union, the union membership has no say on the illegals in this country, you seem to be an intelligent person you should know that ?????
you just keeps poking away, but you're not coming up with an answer about the illegals in our country, this goes on the back of every single California citizen, and every American citizen that has not protested when they have been confronted in a restaurant, at a store, hiring the lawn service, when they suspected the individual was not an American citizen.
now that it may be way too late to do a thing about it, short of Having
a bloodbath in our streets, people wanted to now start turning on each other,
the time for that is way way over, it's now time to really get together put our heads together and find a way to cut the head of this snake off, if we don't come up with a different strategy are government and big business has defeated us. I'm not given up I have grandchildren and great grandchildren that depend on me, I sure hope you do too ?????????????????????????

Unions actually do have a say about illegals in this country. SEIU is a big union and has been advocating for Amnesty for illegals, and other supporting measures. Just check out their website.
