See the new Arnold ad in favor of a balanced budget and no new taxes. After five years in office, signing budgets that have included almost $100 billion in deficits, adding over $60 billion to debt, not cutting back on the pension system bomb, the Governor has reverted to his 2003 Recall election victory for a "new" policy--honest, balanced budget government.
