Government schools now need to go to their vendors and renegotiate existing contracts or just end the contracts. Of course the biggest ones are those with unions.
The first step is to stop being the collection agency for the union bribery system.
Now is the right time for school districts to fight the corruption of the system and return education to the parents, students and teachers.
