Brown is saying that if we give him $50 billion and end Redevelopment Agencies, he will give government schools billions in exchange for the districts and the PTA';s begging "for money for the children."
They waste what they have now--LAUSD built a school for the arts in downtown LA, $300 million worth, where few children live. They spent $400 million for a high school on top of a KNOWN cancer causing methane gas field.
These are not serious people; they prefer building empires to educating children.
