The Great Depression in California continues. Based on predictions in the last budget by the amateur Arnold, tax receipts are DOWN 6% in December. That was the month with Christmas shopping--not much in California.
The budget Brown provided yesterday includes an ADDED $20 billion in deficit--$10 billion in taxes that will not be approved and $10 billion in lost lawsuits Brown, like Arnold, will refuse to pay.
