  • San Fran in Deep Trouble: Aid groups expect 2011 to be hardest year yet

The politicians of San Fran have killed jobs, closed businesses, raised taxes and created regulations that are harmful to the health can safety of the people of the town.

"Desperate: Job seekers whose unemployment benefits have run out are turning to welfare, soup kitchens and shelters, something expected to increase in 2011.

A growing number of jobless San Franciscans are going from the unemployment line to the welfare line as they exhaust their benefits, city officials say.

While Congress is poised to extend unemployment benefits for millions of Americans, it won’t do much for those who have already exhausted their 99 weeks of unemployment insurance, the maximum amount of time that someone can collect unemployment checks.

As of October, almost 4,000 jobless San Franciscans had lost their unemployment benefits after 99 weeks, which could explain the sharp increase in applications for cash assistance, according to the San Francisco Human Services Agency.

Since the beginning of the year, San Francisco has seen a 35 percent increase in the number of families applying for CalWorks, the state welfare program."

Yet, Newsom gets a promotion and the Board of Supes holds "Holiday Parties"--religion is really not acceptable in San Fran.

The more the San Fran government does for the people, the worse it gets. Want to see Progressivism in action? Go to a food kitchen in The City. We should teach about how a great city mirrors the policies of Castro and Chavez.

Go for it--see if the people of Davis have any trust in a district that forces teachers to pay bribes to be in a classroom--I think those days are over.
