As a result of your help and dedication over these many years, the Secretary of State(SOS) is pleased to declare VoteCal the system of record for voter registration inCalifornia. The project could not have been successful without each and everycounty’s participation in the activities from mock election, testing, verifying functionality,and analyzing and monitoring the data in VoteCal.
