Chelena may be back in the ruining <------ get it

    AMERICAN INDEPENDENT PARTY

The lawsuit in California State Court, to determine the identity of the legitimate state officers of the American Independent Party, is finally moving ahead. The faction loyal to the Constitution Party filed the case in April, but the state chair of the Keyes faction has been ducking being served. So, the Baldwin faction completed service by running a legal ad in a newspaper, and service is deemed to have been completed on September 12. The case is King v Robinson, Solano Co. Superior Court, 033119.

PD's life is almost beginning to take on a fable-character like quality. She's becoming this emblematic or representative character that is commonly used as a literary device to ... oh never mind.

OK, the information you provided makes this upcoming event in Phoenix even more intriguing. Who exactly is throwing this AIP Convention shebang? Does it include the Keyes faction and the Antelope Valley bunch, or will the former be sitting this one out? Does Tom Tancredo know what he's walking into? Will there be accusations of Jim Gilichrist and Indymedia being provocateurs of dissent? Is there a mole? Who are the goons and traitors here? Further, who, if anyone, is Chelene's competition for the nomination? Finally, when the whole thing falls apart, when does AZPatriot get called upon to be the fall guy left holding the bag?

Remember that Gilchrist ran on an independent ticket before. gilchrist appears to be ceasing hostilities with Coe, and from what I recall, his forum told everyone not mention Nightingale, so there's definately intrigue in the air.

I think he's laying low after the Forde thing. But who knows.

I don't mean to stray too much from the topic here, but I was also wondering whatever happened to Brook (The Watchdog)?

He still leaves comments below other peoples' youtube videos. Also, he shot a few commercials for Chelene's campaign.

There's nothing wrong with WD. He's a solid guy who's contributed a lot.

Yeah, he did. Got a little carried away with that Gilly thing, but that shouldn't override the rest

I hope you don't think I was suggesting there was. I always thought highly of Brook. For that matter a lot of those who are now estranged from this group have also contributed more than their share, e.g., Chelene and Mike.

Many people have contributed to the movement to varying degrees, and some a great deal more than others. I always thought highly of Chelene's work ethic early on too. She's a great cheerleader, and I think her best work has been in spirit. To put it in more raw terms, she makes a good mascot. Most teams don't put their mascots in charge though. Mascots do end up in public office quite often, which is probably one of the reasons we have no real sensible plays being executed in our legislative and executive branches.

Determination and drive are certainly among Chelene Nightingale's greatest assets, but being a shallow show-off isn't conducive to real leadership.

I wish you would not mention 'Mike' as doing good on this forum. The appropriate place would be on 'SOS.org' We are here to get away from 'him'.

I wasn't going to get into this again RIM, but now that you've brought it up, I'm going to say this. I can't really relate to what you guys went through with the old SOS since I didn't experience any of it myself, so I'm sorry if it seems like I'm speaking out of turn as it were. However, and I've said this to AG as well, I feel that at some point we're going to need to mend fences as hard as that might be for those of you who have been wronged. I don't how that's going to come about, but this is still one movement regardless of your personal feelings, and it serves no useful purpose to continue carrying on this feud. If were going to defeat amnesty again, we need to have a united front. As I said, I can't know how you feel personally, but I'm trying to think long-term here.
