For 30 years San Diego has been openly wasting tax dollars. The total, as of now, is $16 million.
"San Diego County planners have spent the past 12 years ---- and $16 million ---- updating a comprehensive backcountry growth plan. But they're not required to do so under state law.
Even so, backers of the General Plan Update say there are a host of reasons the massive blueprint is being reworked, even if it's not legally necessary."
When cops are being cut, when teachers are being let go, when roads do not have potholes filled, doing the "unnecessary", to me, is a crime.
