San Diego State has taken a Federal grant--offered by the Obama Administration and has become a "Hispanic Serving Institution".
Not a "black or white serving institution, but an Hispanic serving place--pity the poor Asians, black and whites, this government school is proud it "serves" Hispanic.
Imagine if Ole Miss decided to become a "White Serving Institution"?
Here is racism at its worse and few caught this or even care.
Another government school is proud of being racist--instead of "serving" all people, it will serve Hispanics. Instead of helping all kids to get a college education, tax dollars, your dollars are being used for only ONE ethnic group.
Looks like a Ku Klux Klan is alive and well at San Diego State.
