  • Jessica's Law Declared Unconstitutional By LA Superior Court Judge

Judge Peter Espinoza ruled that Roman Polanski could appeal his rape conviction from more than 30 years ago. Instead of demanding the Swiss turn over this international rapist and escape artist, Espinoza allowed Polanski to challenge his convention in stead.

Maybe that gives some background on why Espinzoa is now allowing rapists and child molesters to live near schools and parks?

"Paroled sex offenders in Los Angeles County were given a reprieve by Superior Court Judge Peter Espinoza this week when the jurist issued a ruling declaring Jessica’s Law unconstitutional. Espinoza reasoned that the law, which prohibits sex offenders from residing within 2,000 feet of any public or private school or park where children gather created a hardship by restricting where they could live, forcing them to choose between homelessness and returning to prison."

This is a sick judge. His ruling is a slap in the face of every child. The Judge believes the living accommodations for a pervert is more important that the safety of children.

All these guys need to do is move to a tent city outside Barstow. Why are we worried that a child molester will have less opportunity to moles--that is really what this decision says?

Shame on us for allowing a judge like this on the bench. For every child harmed by a known pervert, this Judge should be charged as a co-conspirator--without Espinoza the child would be safe.

Is it time to Recall this child molester protector?
