1. Boehner Presses Pelosi for Vote on Full Extension of Bush-Era Tax Cuts, abcnews.com, 9/27/10 The Congress was elected to do the people's business. Yet the Democrats are planning on ending Congress this week, without voting on the extension of the Bush tax cuts. This is a crime.
How does Pelosi and friends explain to the folks back home that politics and elections are more important than taxes and job creation? This one act explains the incompetence and corruption of the Democrats running Washington. November 2 is a good day for regime change in America.
"If Democratic leaders leave town without stopping all the tax hikes, they are turning their backs on the American people. Adjourning the Congress at the end of this week without a vote to stop all the tax hikes will be a vote to raise taxes on the American people and destroy jobs, Boehner said today in a paper statement. To deny Republican and many Democratic members their right to offer alternative legislation to stop all the tax hikes would be an obvious attempt to circumvent the will of the House and the American people.
2. Ed Feulner: The Light Bulb Switchover: In the Dark, townhall.com, 9/28/10 Bush and Obama has teamed upto make your home unsafe. Both promoted the end of tens of thousands of American jobs and shipped them to China.
Instead of cheap, safe, American job created light bulbs, the "greenies" have decided we must use CFL bulbs that have deadly mercury in them and many current lamps will not be able to use them.
Would you put a poison in your childs' bedroom? Government is mandating it. Stock,for a lifetime, of the safe bulbs before you are forced to play Russian roulette thanks to government.
3. House Majority Whip James Clyburn Suffers Bout Of Insanity, Yid with a Lid,9/27/10 Democrat House Leader James Clyburn is corrupt, a bigot and should b on Saturday Night Live, not making laws in Congress.
"Clyburn, the third-ranking Democrat in the House, said Republicans will grind the government to a halt by issuing subpoenas against the Obama administration over a number of issues if they take power. He predicted that "gridlock" in Congress would "define" Obama's first term if Republicans win the House, but expressed confidence his party would prevail.
Clyburn noted that Rep. Darrell Issa (R-Calif.), the ranking Republican on the House Oversight panel, has said will issue "subpoenas everywhere" if Republicans win the majority."
Just because he and Pelosi are protecting White House corruption does not mean that Republicans should. Regime change on November 2, then jail terms for the crooks. Sound good?
4. Cutting Taxes Resulted in Massive Economic Boost in Sweden, Capitol Commentary, 9/28/10 Even the socialists in Sweden understand that high taxes hurt. Castro understands that government control harms the real people.
Yet, Obama and his friends are stuck in the 1960's, hate of America, hate of private ownership and a real hate for families.
Nothing else would explain why Obama likes high taxes and has created dozens of new ones', though they have killed jobs and kept the economy in a Depression. We are in a Depression regardless of what the bookworms try to claim.
Democrats need to understand, if they go home without acting on the Bush tax cuts, they will pay with even more lost seats. That could be a good thing.
5. Are Democrats really that out of touch? By Sabrina L. Schaeffer, The Hill, 09/27/10 Higher taxes, arrogance,lies, corruption, being friends with terrorists--how can you not say that Democrats are out of touch.
Obamacare was a complete lie--we do have death panels--they are already working. We have higher health care costs--the bills have already been sent. Fewer people have health care--government mandates have forced insurance companies to stop coverage of children not already covered.
The polls show that the Democrats have not been able to hide their corruption and lies. This November may see the largest loss of a Party in power in history. It is possible that the GOP could win 80 Congressional seats and 10-12 Senate seats. It could well be a massacre. While Obama and friends are out of touch, the people are not. They feel the Depression, job and home losses. "Recovery summer"--the people are not laughing--but they will vote.
