We have to be proud!! Only Alaska and Rhode Island have worse roads than California. That explains why car break down quicker in our State.
Since Arnold has been Governor we have gone from 44 to 48th--what a legacy!
The good news is that we are 13th in fatalities--that means we live through the bad roads! Nice. Be proud of California.
