California has a $40 billion deficit--that is the full and true amount. Today, it grew by $600 million MORE.

Arnold and the Democrats begged the Congressional Democrats to bail ut the State. That will not happen in education, unemployment funds (folks already get 99 weeks! Doctors will not get 21% of their Medicare funds--making sure doctors stop treating new Medicare patients, immediately causing what Obama wanted--they rationing of health care for the elderly, causing their early deaths.
Obama is sick to have done this to the elderly. Democrats are sick to have done this to Americans. Sacramento is immature to believe Washington would save them from their out of control spending.
California is going to be in a Great Depression for a long time!
