This is your typical propaganda from a reporter probably just out of school, with no experience and wanting to change the world.
In fact, note, not a single study was quoted showing that lower class size means better education.
Note only one teacher--with and attitude or lazy--is quoted. My guess is that this teacher is a union official.
If this story was done for a High School paper it would get a "C" and the student would be told to do it over. This is more like a union press release then a real news story.
Too bad this is the best the San Bernardino could do. Maybe the paper should be advocating for Charter Schools, rather than more schools run by unions.
