Feel safe? Thanks to judges who are more concerned with the comfort of criminals than the safety of the community, over 2,000 criminals are back on the streets. This, after the Guv put more than 3,000 juvenile criminals back on the streets, over the past three years.
"Officials have said that over the next year it would reduce the prison population by 6,500 "low-level" offenders, including inmates incarcerated for nonviolent crimes such as theft and drug possession. The state prison system has not yet released prisoners early under the terms of the law."
Low level offenders? In Sacramento one of those attempted a rape within 24 hours of release. So, rape is a low level crime. Why isn't NOW protesting?
