Are you rich enough to use your car as a tax base for all of the needs of others? The nature Conservancy thinks you are.
"The Nature Conservancy is backing a parks initiative that would pour $500 million into state parks. It would also allow motorists free access to parks that charge day use fees."
Unemployed, barely paying rent, just enough food--need to pay for college for the kids? Not on a bet if these Leftists have their way.
First it will be parks--they maybe museums, how about a new stadium, or $35,000 for an expresso machine for LAUSD (yup, not only did they buy one, but never took it out of the box because they "lost" it)--anything but fixing the roads.
Some people will find any excuse for a tax. They hate people will money--they love the poor so much they want everybody to be poor....so tax your car so you can get a "free" entrance into a park.
