Do we need water? Yup.
Did the Guv swear he would veto everything in sight until he got a water bill? Yup.
Did he sign over 400 bills saying great progress was being made, and we should have a bill by Monday--last Monday.
Are we close to a bill? Nope. Are we wasting tax dollars with a "Special Session on Water"? Yup.
Will we get a water bill this year? Nope. But special interests did get their bills signed.
