CalPers is like any other government agency. when problems are found, instead of fixing them, they use PR to hide them.
CalPers has massive losses, cities and counties will be forced to pay upwards of 25% of their revenues to make up for these losses. CalPers instead of fixing the investment policy puts up a website to hide the problem and to lie to the public.
This is why government has too much money. It uses our dollars to lie to us.
When they lie like this, it proves the situation is worse than we thought.
