In 1982 the nutsy Left demanded honest citizens not b allowed to own guns--the Left believed that Californians should not be allowed Second Amendment protections. They pushed a ballot measure on the November ballot that would stop honest people from having guns and assuring little problem for criminals to have guns. This was also meant to elect LA Mayor Tom Bradley as Governor.
In the end, the criminals and Bradley lost, thanks to the fried brain attitude of the Left.
Now those who support same-sex marriage, already defeated twice at the polls, are debating whether to lose again, in 2010 or 2012.
My vote is for 2010. This will be a good GOP year. With Prop. 8 revisited, it could be a blow out for the GOP. Let the Left hold townhalls, forums and public debates on when to do another Prop. 8. Let the public understand that in the midst of a major recession, the Obama War in Afghanistan, the meltdown of freedom, the Left really cares more about their version of "marriage".
They need to get a life. Or better, we can just ignore them.
