Spy on your neighborhood, turn them in--this is good for friendly relations with your neighbors. Since the government protects fish, instead of people, the government wants to turn its citizens against one another.
This is how totalitarian States operate. Next, if you buy a hamburger, and your neighbor thinks you are fat, will he call Obama with the report--since Barack believes fat people are the cause of illegal aliens not being able to afford health care. Nutty, huh!

Maybe if I could get a $50 "reward" for turning in my neighbors I would roam the neighborhood and stop this destruction of life as we know it.
