    1. Attorney: Feds funding 'illegal, unethical' research, Charlie Butts - OneNewsNow - 12/7/2010

Is anybody surprised that Obama and his band of Democrat lie, cheat and violate Federal laws?
"An attorney says Americans shouldn't be forced to pay for experiments that destroy human life, violate federal law, and haven't produced any "real-world" treatments.
An appeals court has heard arguments in a lawsuit against federal funding of human embryo research. The lawsuit was filed after the Obama administration authorized use of tax dollars for the research -- violating, according to opponents, the Dickey/Wicker Amendment, which specifically prohibits such funding."

Obama is always hoping that he can violate the law and no one will sue. And, even if they sue, the illegal policy will be in force until the courts shut them down. This is how Hugo Chavez and Fidel Castro operate.

    2. Iran Will Lead Developing Nation Bloc at U.N. Nuclear Agency, By Patrick Goodenough, CNSNews.com, 12/07/10

Iran is creating a nuclear bomb. President Obama says that is bad. The United Nations not only doesn't care, but allows Iran to become a member of the U.N. Nuclear Agency. That would be like allowing Hitler to be on a UN Commission dealing with Israel. Do you need more reasons to stop wasting money on this terrorist organization?

"Iran was handed another U.N. leadership position on Monday, when its ambassador in Vienna was appointed chairman of the group of developing nations interacting with U.N. agencies, including the nuclear watchdog.
For the year beginning January, Ali-Asghar Soltanieh will chair the “G77 plus China” group at the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) and other Vienna-based U.N. organizations."
    3. U.S. Postal Service Lost Record $8.5 Billion in 2010, By Edwin Mora, CNSNews.com, 12/07/10

Have you noticed this story in the formerly mainstream media? The government Post Office is losing lots of money. UPS, DHL and FedEx are making lots of money. The Post Office is run by unions, the private firms run by management that can make profits.
"The U.S. Postal Service (USPS) accrued a record loss of $8.5 billion in fiscal year 2010, up $4.7 billion from 2009, highlighting financial pressures that are not expected to improve in 2011 or in the “foreseeable future,” according to the Government Accountability Office (GAO).
The loss was mainly driven by employee benefits and compensation costs, including a $5-billion-plus congressionally mandated retiree health benefits payment and a drop in mail volume."
It is time to sell the Post Office. Maybe Gates, Google or Steve Jobs would buy it. On the other hand, they are too smart to buy this organization that is going the way of the buggy whip.
    4. Some States To Get Hit Twice With Medicaid Funding Cuts In 2011, By Emily Ramshaw, The Texas Tribune and Phil Galewitz, 12/08/10

"Texas operates in a fiscally responsible way. Yet, thanks to the Federal government, it is finding itself in financial difficulties.
The biggest culprit in Texas' growing debate over escalating Medicaid costs? A mathematical formula that calculates how much the federal government pays and what’s left over for the state.
Already facing a record budget shortfall, Texas' Federal Medical Assistance Percentage (FMAP) will drop more than 2 percentage points in late 2011, equivalent to a $1.2 billion hit. Only two states — Louisiana and North Dakota — will face a bigger percentage drop. And that’s after federal stimulus funds that have been artificially enhancing this match dry up in the spring, another blow to cash-strapped state Medicaid programs in Texas and across the nation."
The Feds are killing the budgets of the States--time for and end of these programs?
    5. Palin blasts state 'bailouts', Taxpayers should not 'bail out wasteful state governments,' Sarah Palin writes.,By JENNIFER EPSTEIN, Politico, 12/7/10

Unions control California, Illinois, New Jersey, New York Massachusetts and several other states. The unions have bankrupted States, counties, cities and school districts. Now the unions want the Feds to bailout local government, and give them money for union slush flush (government budgets).
Thankfully Sarah Palin and others are speaking out against this fraud.
"Continuing her increasingly frequent stream of Facebook notes, Sarah Palin is recalling her time as Alaska governor to denounce federal “bailouts” of state governments and to urge governors to make deep budget cuts.
“Folks in Washington and in overspending state capitals,” the 2008 Republican vice presidential nominee wrote, citing a Wall Street Journal story on struggling state pension funds, “are whispering the dreaded “B-word”: bailouts — for individual states!”
But taxpayers “should not be expected to bail out wasteful state governments,” and fiscally liberal states should not expect financial support from Washington, she said."
