    Presidential Primary: UOCAVA/MOVE Act Survey/Point of Contact

    The United States Department of Justice has requested that all of California’s 58 countiesrespond to a survey, which will be issued by the Secretary of State (SOS) on April 20th, andmust be returned by 12:00 noon on April 25th. This survey will address absentee ballotstransmitted to voters covered under the Uniformed and Overseas Citizens Absentee VotingAct (UOCAVA), of which the Military and Overseas Voter Empowerment (MOVE) Act is apart.</img> </img> </img>
