Default State Contractors Board Gets An Earful About Abusive Licensee

Davi Rodrigues of Save Our State pans the State Contractors License Board during the quarterly meeting in Sacramento. During the public comment period, the board was advised of their inaction and failure to discipline or even properly investigate one of their licensee's that has been involved in scores of lawsuits with his customers. To date, the contractor at the center of these complaints has been involved in over 60 lawsuits with his customers and vendors, many resulting in complaints to the board that were never acted upon, and were later purged from their records.
