  • Coyote Given Short Sentence For Fatal Hit & Run

Audencio Galvez-Vasquez was transporting a van load of illegal aliens through Sacramento on their way to Oregon, and made an illegal left hand turn against a red light. That action cost Cameron Brown, a Sacramento resident riding his motorcycle that day, his life. To compound Galvez-Vasquez's crime, he immediately fled the scene, and encouraged his human cargo to do the same, thereby leaving Cameron to die on the street. Galvez-Vasquez was apprehended a short time later, but faced minimal charges considering all the laws broken, and the death caused. His crimes were:
    Driving unlicensed
Unlawful Entry into the U.S. (yes, we are entitled)
    Human Trafficking
Aiding and Abetting an illegal alien
Failure to stop at a red light
Leaving the scene of an accident
    Evading arrest
    Un-insured vehicle
And in the very least, he should have been charged as involuntary manslaughter for the death of Cameron Brown.

The document below is copies from the official court records on Galvez-Vasquez's trial, and the resulting sentence. Note that he was only charged with two counts, none of which were related to his federal crimes. The sentence recieved was deplorable given the many crimes committed. Cameron Brown's life was sacrificed on the altar of open borders with mexico.
